Shipping & Returns
It's okay to change your mind. We want you to be stoked on your new purchase. Returns will be honored for new unused products within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and will take place in the form of store credit or exchange.
*Please note that we do not print paper receipts, so unless you choose to have a receipt emailed to you, you will not be eligible for a return.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
We offer returns for new and unused products that were purchased online within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All returns must be approved by Daydream Surf Shop. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are returning from your order.

Due to the delicate nature of vintage (including clothing, homewares, etc.) items, we are unable to accept returns and all vintage items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please don't hesitate to ask questions prior to purchase on a particular item, we are happy to assist!
Please note that surfboards, wetsuits, and vintage items are final sale.
All orders placed through www.daydreamsurfshop.com will ship within 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, you (the buyer) will assume the risk of loss + title for the merchandise. Daydream Surf Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local USPS to remedy.
