Shipping & Returns
It's okay to change your mind. We want you to be stoked on your new purchase. Returns will be honored for new unused products within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and will take place in the form of store credit or exchange.
Please note that we do not print paper receipts, so unless you choose to have a receipt emailed or texted to you, you will not be eligible for a return.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
We offer store credit in exchange for returning new and unused products that were purchased online within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, if applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in most circumstances and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages to be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are able to offer a discounted return shipping label to those based in the USA in which funds can be sent to our Paypal.
We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All returns must be approved by Daydream Surf Shop. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org - let us know which item you are returning from your order and why.
Due to the delicate nature of vintage items (including clothing, homewares, etc.), we are unable to accept returns and all vintage items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please don't hesitate to ask questions prior to purchase on a particular item, we are happy to assist!
Please note that surfboards, swim, wetsuits, and vintage items are final sale.
All orders placed through www.daydreamsurfshop.com will ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, you (the buyer) will assume the risk of loss + title for the merchandise. Daydream Surf Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local USPS to remedy.
