Refund policy


IN STORE:

It's okay to change your mind! We want you to be stoked on your new purchase. Returns in store will be honored for new, unused products within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and will take place in the form of store credit or exchange only.


Please note that we do not print paper receipts, so unless you choose to have a receipt emailed or texted to you, you will not be eligible for a return.

ONLINE:

Keep in mind that we offer store credit in exchange for returning new and unused product(s) purchased online within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging, if applicable.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable in most circumstances and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Daydream is not responsible for missing packages.  If you experience an issue with order delivery, please remedy through the shipping service selected at checkout.

 

ONLINE RETURNS:

All returns must be approved by Daydream Surf Shop.

To start the return process, please send us an email at hello@daydreamsurfshop.com & let us know which item(s) you wish to return from your order and reason for returning. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.


We recommend packages to be returned via a traceable carrier insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are able to offer a discounted return shipping label upon request to those approved for a return which we will invoice via email or request the funds via our Paypal (US only)

 

FINAL SALE:

Surfboards, swim, wetsuits, & vintage are all final sale.

Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, we are unable to accept returns and all vintage items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We try our best to disclose any major flaws within the garment. Please don't hesitate to ask questions prior to purchase on a particular item!


All items purchased on promotional sale at a discounted rate are FINAL SALE and are non-negotiable. (This does not apply to our 10% off "first order" discount)
Please note that all international sales are final. You as the customer take full risk by purchasing from outside the US & items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.
