Shipping policy


All orders placed through www.daydreamsurfshop.com will ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Surfboards are available for store pickup by default. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are unable to pickup your board in-store. A restocking fee of 3.5% of the total purchase will be incurred in the case of accidental charges. 

Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, you (the buyer) will assume the risk of loss + title for the merchandise. Daydream Surf Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries. We recommend reaching out to your local post office / shipping service chosen to remedy.

Please note that all international orders placed on our website are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for return or exchange.
