Inspired by the “malibu chip” board from the 1950’s. This board is a modern take on a classic era. The original outline was pulled off a Mike Marshall board shaped for Kio aka Yellow Rat. This design encourages in the pocket traditional surfing and finding the perfect trim. Works best in clean logging waves and point breaks. Overall flat rocker and neutral bottom with 60/40 rails. Works best with a 8.5” Quigg speed fin.
