When Christian's not shaping, his creativity can found channeled into his writing. He often writes for The Surfers Journal and has a novel documenting his adventures sailing and surfing up and down the Pacific Coast. Oh yeah.. he also surfs Mavericks on his self shaped guns.

The King Fish is an elongated. wide point forward fish. The overall outline is quite narrow and the tail pulls in to a small swallow. The rails are full and slightly turned down. The rocker profile is well balanced promoting a free trim feeling but still allowing smooth turns from the tail. The bottom contour includes a shallow roll starting in the nose that quickly turns into a spiral vee that runs the remainder of the board through the fins. Whether using the King Fish as your step-up when the waves get a bit bigger or when you're just tryna get your glide on, this sled will meet all your aquatic needs.
