8'0" Liddle PR
8'0" x 22 1/2" x 3 1/8"
The PR (Puerto Rico) is one of the more mysterious Liddle models even though it was one of the early models Greg Liddle developed when he first started Liddle Surfboards in 1968. Being that it was the hay day of the Transition Era, you'll notice the PR outline resembles that of other Transition Era designs with some properties that are similar to other models such as the knifey foil, s-deck, and forward fin placement. However, the PR also has properties that are different from other models: it's rails are foiled a little thicker, the nose has a good amount of rocker and is narrower than some of Liddle's other models, the wide point is back towards center, the tail has more of a tucked trailing edge for added drive, and the board finishes off with a rounded pin tail.
