7'10" Terry Topanga Winged Pintail
Terry Topanga is a shaper/artist that we are beyond stoked to start working with. Based in Los Angeles, Terry makes boards that are fast yet forgiving, perfect for the point breaks that are scattered across California's coast. This winged pintail is straight out of 1972! It features a shallow bellied entry that flows into a mellow double concave and finally a panel vee through the tail. This is where it gets interesting: the panel vee section is actually cut out to form a single channel through the final quarter of the board. The rails are well-foiled, but not too pinched, making a speedy yet forgiving mid length. The rocker on this board is virtually flat, with only the slightest bit of flip in the nose. One of the most creative approaches to the channeled single fin concept that we've ever seen, this board will have you flying down the line at your favorite break!
