“Thompson Boys”

"‘Thompson Boys’ is inspired by an old family photo from my friend’s family
album. The original snapshot was taken during the day, but I transformed it into
a night scene. This painting captures a sense of mystery, as if they’re caught on
the side of the highway at night, up to no good. It’s a tribute to the intriguing
stories that photos can suggest when seen through a different lens.
