"‘Midnight Run’ captures a fleeting moment from one of my nightly photo
sessions off the boardwalk in Ocean City. This painting immortalizes a woman at
a liquor store, indulging in a late-night munchies run. Bathed in the eerie glow of
fluorescent lights, the scene encapsulates the raw, unfiltered essence of those
solitary nights. It’s a tribute to the quiet rebellion and unexpected beauty found
in the mundane.
