Daydream Kombu Tee
Did you know that kombu/konbu is the Japanese name for particular species of dried brown kelp? This edible kelp of the Laminaria genis is used most commonly in soup stock dashi. Kombu is naturally high in monosodium glutamate and has been used as an all-purpose umami seasoning in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean cuisine. You can typically find packages of dried kombu in most health and Asian food stores.
The Kombu Tee is the newest addition designed by Becca Mantei to our Daydream collection. Screen printed locally in Santa Ana, California.
